MEET YOUR THERAPIST: JASMINE THOMPSON, LCSW

I bring both clinical training and lived experience into my work. I understand the intersectionality of race, gender, sexuality, and neurodivergence in a world that often asks us to shrink, mask, or question whether we are safe to fully be ourselves.

Many of the people I work with are carrying the weight of constantly adapting to be understood, holding it all together while feeling unseen, or moving through life while still trying to understand their needs, identity, or sense of belonging.

Here, you are safe to exist as you are.

Therapy Approach

I bring a calm, intuitive approach to therapy, blending person-centered, insight-oriented, and evidence-based strategies to support individuals as they navigate anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, life transitions, and self-esteem.  Through therapy, you will gain deeper self-understanding, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical skills for managing emotions, relationships, and life transitions.

Practice Philosophy

At Quiet Roots, therapy is about looking beneath the surface to uncover the hidden beliefs and patterns shaping how we feel, think, and show up. We gently explore roots of self-doubt, unworthiness, or shame; while nurturing seeds of hope, self-compassion, inner peace, and self-trust.
