Start Your Therapy Journey: Services, Payment, & Support
I provide supportive, identity-affirming therapy for teens and adults in Texas. This page explains the services I offer, what to expect in sessions, and your payment options.
Do you accept insurance? How much does therapy cost?
I operate as a private pay practice and don't accept insurance, which allows us to focus fully on your care without insurance restrictions. Investment: $130 per 50-minute session. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available. If you have questions or want to see if this feels like a good fit, click get started below. Talk to you soon!
What happens in the first therapy session?
The first session focuses on understanding your goals, history, and what brings you to therapy. Sessions are telehealth based and move at a pace that feels manageable and supportive. You are not expected to share everything at once.
Is online therapy effective?
Yes. Telehealth therapy is effective for anxiety, depression, identity development, grief, burnout, ADHD, and autism-related challenges. Many clients appreciate the comfort and accessibility of meeting from their own space.
How do I get started?
You can schedule a free 15 minute consultation directly or send a quick email with questions you have. This gives us a chance to talk about what you're looking for in therapy, answer any questions, and see if we might be a good fit.
Is therapy confidential for teens?
Teen therapy balances parental involvement with appropriate privacy. I collaborate with parents on goals while protecting space for teens to speak openly.
Do I need a diagnosis to start therapy?
No. A formal autism or ADHD diagnosis is not required. Many adults begin therapy while exploring whether they may have Autism or ADHD. Therapy supports identity exploration, burnout recovery, masking, and emotional regulation whether you are formally diagnosed or self-identified.
